Hi all

Join me and the Ghost Hunting Company at former hospital St Catherine’s in Doncaster, as we investigate the spirits within.

Originally built as a home for the Banks family in 1838 St Catherine’s Hall remained in their ownership until the late 1920’s, where at this point it was purchased at auction. The Ministry of Health then acquired the building and set about operating it as a ‘Certified Institution’, and in 1959 its name was changed to St Catherine’s Hospital.

A psychiatric ward and a sanatorium were also part of the hospital, and many patients suffering from infectious – and often deadly diseases – were kept in isolation here.Over the years there have been many sightings of the strange and unusual within St Catherine’s Hall, and it is regarded by visitors – and especially staff – as a very haunted and paranormally active building.
